For the hero image, we added a brand color overlay to spotlight Nicole and a seamless background transition for an immersive experience.

To feature Nicole’s books, we crafted a graphic inspired by the cover design of her acclaimed book, "Accelerate." In this example, the graphic veils the next book before it is revealed within a user-controlled carousel.

The recurring presence of the same graphic across Nicole's website not only pays homage to her existing audience familiar with her work but also serves as a unifying visual element, anchoring her brand identity throughout the digital landscape.

We created a graphic to illustrate the convergence of the three key areas she researches. This graphic adapts to the desktop and mobile versions of the site to ensure accessibility across all platforms.

A smartphone screen displaying a diagram of her research areas, including 'Technology Impacts and developer experience,' 'AI for Software Engineering,' and 'Data Analytics Applications,' with descriptive text for each area.
